Dr. Steven Crognale, Dr. Patricia Collins and Dr. Melissa Crognale

Crognale, Collins & Crognale Dentistry got its start on April 1st, 1981. Steven Crognale and Patricia Collins Crognale started seeing patients that first day and have served the Lancaster community ever since. Their daughter Melissa was born in September of that year and grew up in the practice. Many of our long time patients remember her as a child playing in the waiting room. She decided to follow in her parents path and joined our practice in 2008.

All three of our doctors serve the community by volunteering time and services to those in need. Additionally, Dr Crognale is a member of the American Dental Association, and Dr Collins is a member of the American Association of Women Dentists.

“We love it there, and that's hard to say when one goes to the dentist, so happy my kids are comfortable there also, so updated and nice receiptionist, so welcoming as soon as you enter, I highly recommend!!!!” - Madeline M.

Adult Orthodontics: Six Month Smiles

Many adult patients who are dissatisfied with the appearance of their teeth haven't been aware of an option to correct their smile with high costs or metal braces.  Six Month Smiles is a great alternative for those folks, because they combine a number of methods to make readjustments to your teeth a simple, affordable and relatively unnoticeable procedure.

Six Month Smiles

Six Month Smiles is a form of orthodontics created to mimic the effectiveness of braces, without the look and time associated with them.  The treatment includes tooth-colored wires and clear braces that can be adjusted quickly and easily and only take 6 months of treatment to help correct any imperfections with your teeth.

With a few quick and simple adjustments, Six Month Smiles can literally give you the smile you want within 6 months!  The focus of treatment is more on cosmetic appearance versus the position of your bite, so there also tends to be less discomfort associated with adjustments than with typical wire braces.
