Dr. Steven Crognale, Dr. Patricia Collins and Dr. Melissa Crognale

Crognale, Collins & Crognale Dentistry got its start on April 1st, 1981. Steven Crognale and Patricia Collins Crognale started seeing patients that first day and have served the Lancaster community ever since. Their daughter Melissa was born in September of that year and grew up in the practice. Many of our long time patients remember her as a child playing in the waiting room. She decided to follow in her parents path and joined our practice in 2008.

All three of our doctors serve the community by volunteering time and services to those in need. Additionally, Dr Crognale is a member of the American Dental Association, and Dr Collins is a member of the American Association of Women Dentists.

“We love it there, and that's hard to say when one goes to the dentist, so happy my kids are comfortable there also, so updated and nice receiptionist, so welcoming as soon as you enter, I highly recommend!!!!” - Madeline M.

Adult Orthodontics: Six Month Smiles

Many people ask us if adults really get braces or qualify for other forms of orthodontics. The answer is: absolutely.

For a lot of adults, there may be plenty of reasons why they didn't get braces as a child to help correct any misalignment or less-than-satisfied smiles due to cost, less developed procedures, or simply personal choice. Unfortunately, there are also adults that now have teeth and gum issues or who are dissatisfied with their smiles who may want corrections.

Adult orthodontics are for them. We work with adults to help improve their smiles. We offer two techniques: Six Month Smiles and Invisalign. Read on to learn about Six Month Smiles, or click here to get more information about Invisalign.

Adult Orthodontics: Invisalign

Invisalign is another treatment option for patients looking to improve the look of their teeth without the look of metal braces.

Invisalign is basically a system using clear braces to help realign your teeth, designed specifically for you based on where your teeth are now and where you would like them to be.

Implants: Placement & Restoration

When a tooth or teeth are missing, the connecting bone begins to disintegrate. Over time, if many teeth are missing, the loss of bone can cause jaw deterioration.

Dental implants can help prevent and restore any damage done by the loss of teeth.

Crowns & Bridges

If you've had any damage to your teeth or have lost a tooth or teeth, we can help restore your smile. There are a couple ways to help take care of damaged or missing teeth.

We use crowns, bridges and implants to help restore your smile. Read on for more information on crowns and bridges, or click here to learn about dental implants.
