Preventive Dentistry
During your regular visits, our dental hygienists will spend the time with you for you to ask any questions or point out any issues you may be having. We will do a routine cleaning, dental exam, oral cancer exam, and any necessary x-rays. We will also evaluate the appearance of your teeth and recommend cosmetic or orthodontic procedures that may best fit your needs and help improve your appearance.
Proper at-home care is also essential for keeping your teeth healthy. Brushing and flossing after meals can help remove plaque and build-up that can eventually cause decay. Because there plaque and build-up can be stubborn, sometimes even the best dental routine at home may leave you with stubborn stains, cavities, and/or decay. This is why it's so important to visit us every 6 months. We can help thoroughly clean your teeth and gums, and catch any problems before they become major.
We recommend that you visit us every 6 months for regular cleanings and preventive treatments. The more consistently you see us for your general cleanings and check-ups, the less frequently you will have to see us for anything else!
Even if it's been way too long since your last visit, we are happy to help you get right back on track. Call us today to set up your appointment.
